El proyecto, ubicado en Pamplona, propone la creación de un espacio que combina vivir y trabajar.

Las diferentes actividades y formas de vida, hacen difícil crear una tipología que pueda albergar todas las necesidades. Hay trabajos que requieren mayor espacio, mientras que otros, no necesitan nada más que un escritorio y un lugar de concentración.

​

A su vez, todos compartimos la necesidad de diferenciar los espacios y tiempos de ocio-trabajo.

​

Para eso, creamos tres tipos de viviendas, donde el protagonista es la transición entre los espacios, respondiendo así a las diferentes necesidades de cada persona.

​

La primera vivienda , la horizontal lejana , se compone de las necesidades de la vivienda, teniendo el trabajo lejano a ésta (al otro lado del muro que hace frontera con el paseo  fluvial).

​

La segunda, la vertical, es una vivienda de doble altura donde se encuentra el espacio de vivienda abajo, y el espacio de trabajo arriba (dos accesos exteriores diferentes y una conexión interior).

Por último, la horizontal cercana , dispone de ambos ámbitos en el mismo plano, pero requiere del tránsito exterior para acceder de una a otra.

This project is located in Pamplona and propose a place where people can live and work. There is not a place that can respond to all types of work that exists, neither there is a life style that suits everyone. There are works that require more space and others that only need a desk and some place to concentrate. Nevertheless, we all share the need to maintain the space and time for work and pleasure separated.

​

As some people need more time to let their minds and body transit to a working spirit, we created three different types of houses where the traffic from them to the work place solves that need.

​

The first typology, the "horizontal distance", have the work place situated far from the house, in the other side of the big wall that´s in the boarder of the river.

​

The second one, the "vertical", is a house with two floors where the living is downstairs and the working place is on the upper floor (two separate entrances and a connection from the inside).

​

At last, the final typology is the "nearby horizontal", where the work place and the living area are in the same construction but they are separated by a concrete wall, which requires you to go outside to get from one to the other.
